We originally ordered the CHI on the above vendor, received it promptly plus flat irons it was as advertised. However, when it was first used, flat irons the CHI would not maintain temperature and a defective switch was detected. After contacting AM Health & Beauty with a Sunday, they replied with a handful of hours and agreed to refund or replace the tool. As we simply wanted an upgraded, they provided to ship us a new one and enclose coming back flat irons label so we may not have to pay to send back the defective product! A thing that is sort of unheard of currently. I’m very stunned at the service of AM Health & Beauty Service and would recommend flat irons them like a preferred dealer!
